Problem Solved!

I emailed Dave and sent photos of the parts that needed replacing to fix my Mums roller blinds that would no longer go up.
Dave was very helpful and replied quickly with the parts I needed.
Delivered within few days and quick and easy to install and get everything working again!
Thanks again Dave for your excellent knowledge and assistance!

Replacement Blind Clutch Drive

Had to chase up a new clutch winder / drive for my parents superseded blind. Dave was fantastic. Exchanged a couple measurements and pics, he recommended the unit I needed, and two days later it arrived. Can't recommend highly enough.

GEARED CHAIN DRIVE FOR ROLLER BLIND

Good.
What did you think about my insert to convert drive to the smaller mounting tongue?

Great service

Purchased a geared chain driver for our 2.5m roller blind instead of totally replacing the blind. Blind Parts by Dave provided great service in advising what we needed to fix our old blind. Delivery of the part was also very quick. Great work guys and thank you so much.

Very good products

Its amazing how many products Blind Parts by Dave provide. As a suggestion, the web site could be enhanced. I was looking for a better solution to my blind which is heavy and the previous controller wasn't really up to it. The web site could be enhance to provide alternatives. It was only when I spoke to someone that they were able to suggest a geared solution. That has been a real blessing. So until AI is as great as it could be, web designers need to be customer centric and not product centric to be able to truly provide solutions for customers. The alternative is real people answering the phone. Expensive, but at the moment the differentiator between a good and poor experience. Given the Blind Parts by Dave wants to be online provider of choice, there is work to do, primarily thinking like a customer. The solutions in terms of products are there but customers need a better way to find them than currently exists. For example when I need a product I try the web site but then ring as the solution I need is not necessarily in line with jargon product specialists use everyday. The good news is when you do speak to someone, the solution becomes clearer.
