My motorised blinds were over 10 years old, and I couldn’t find a spare remote anywhere, included from the manufacturer.
At first contact Dave recommended a different remote with the caveat that it might not work. Shipping was swift and efficient, and he worked with me to troubleshoot the issue over several days.
He then recommended new motors that would work with the remote I had already processed. Shipping was once again swift and efficient. Dave provided remote assistance in installing the motors and to configure the remote.
I found Dave to be immensely patient with my innumerable questions, and spot on with his advise. He knew exactly what my problem was and how he could help resolve it.
