3 of our 8yo roller blinds became innoperable with the roller mechanism failing. Bought at Spotlight they told us sorry but we cant help you as the manufacturer of the parts were now out of business.We visited another blind retailer who inspected them only to report that it would be cheaper to have new ones made than to try and fix them.Someone told us about Daves and after speaking to a very helpful lady who asked ud to send pics of the parts. she quickly identified the parts and we had them delivered in days.
