I rang and sent some pics of my broken blind parts and an email came back saying that they looked to be what in fact I needed. I ordered and the parts came a couple of days later, a whole kit, great price but the key was the parts fitted and the blinds are now working fine. Thanks for great advise, good advise, fast shipment and good prices.

The spare part was identical to the broken one. Blind is like new again. The ordering and delivery was smooth and fast.
